CaT™ technology is a calcium absorption aid. In trials, it has been found to deliver calcium to the plant up to 50 times more effectively than traditional calcium products and with fewer applications and lower rates.
CaT chemistry has the ability to alleviate the problems encountered by growing crops in extremes of temperature and also solves physiological disorders in fruit development, due to Calcium deficiencies. This technology enables calcium uptake and retention in tissues naturally less able to absorb and retain calcium. CaT allows the absorption of Calcium in parts of the plant that would not naturally absorb calcium under normal growth conditions.

Why is CaT better than conventional calcium products?
Conventional calcium feeding is a reactive process that relies on a large amount of calcium being applied to the plant as a response to a problem. It bombards the plant with calcium in an unscientific and wasteful manner. This calcium does not stay where it is needed and increasing its supply doesn’t address the cause of the elevated need, nor does it satisfy the need, CaT is very different because it is a proactive treatment that reduces or eliminates the problem before it occurs. It is based on scientific plant knowledge delivering a precise and lower rate of calcium to the parts of the plant where it is needed most. This is achieved with fewer applications and gives a superior performance at lower rates.
